GSF is a vertical agnostic early stage fund, founded in 2012, that writes the first organised cheque to tech founders at pre-seed and seed, from idea stage to early product-market fit. It invests up to $300,000, often leads the round, co-invests a similar amount in larger rounds of up to $1.5mn and can follow on in later rounds. Alongside direct investing it runs GSF Takeoff, an online consumer cohort for pre-PMF founders, and Good Soul Fellas Capital, a rolling angel fund scheme in which angel investors commit a minimum of INR 30 lakhs and GSF sources, diligences and manages the investments through Real Time Angel Fund. The site states a combined valuation of portfolio companies above $3 billion and a 10x multiple of invested capital.
